These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"Child" means any individual under the age of 18 who uses the Platform.
"Parent" means the parent or guardian of a Child who uses the Platform.

Use of the Platform
1. Age Restrictions: The Platform is designed for children aged 6 - 18.
2. Registration: To access certain features of the Platform, Users may be required to create an account. Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
3. Password Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account information. 4. Prohibited Use: Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
Intellectual Property
1. Content Ownership: All Content on the Platform is owned by Edunerdz or its licensors.
2. License to Use: Edunerdz grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions on Use: Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or display any Content without Edunerdz's prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
1. Submission of Content: Users may submit Content to the Platform, such as feedback, suggestions, or user-generated educational materials.
2. License to Use: By submitting Content, Users grant Edunerdz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Content.
3. Representation and Warranty: Users represent and warrant that they have the right to submit the Content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Safety and Security
1. Data Protection: Edunerdz will use reasonable efforts to protect User data and maintain the confidentiality of such data. 2. Security Measures: Edunerdz will implement reasonable security measures to protect the Platform and User data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Disclaimers and Limitations
1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform and Content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Edunerdz disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
2. Limitation of Liability: In no event will Edunerdz be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through our customer service department. Changes to Terms Edunerdz reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users agree to be bound by such changes.

Acceptance of Terms
I, hereby grant permission for my Child to use the Platform and agree to be bound by these Terms. I understand that Edunerdz may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
At EduNerdz, we’re committed to providing quality educational content and services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to make our cancellation process clear and fair.
1. Subscription Cancellations
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.
• Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period after cancellation.
2. Trial Period
• If you’re on a trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard cancellation terms apply.
3. Online tutoring
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tutoring will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
• EduNerdz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, affected users will be notified and offered a full refund or alternative options.
4. App Store Subscriptions
• If you subscribed via a third-party app store (Google Play, Apple App Store), cancellations must be managed through that platform.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
• If you believe you qualify for a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at info@edunerdz.com. Refunds are issued at the discretion of EduNerdz.
6. Changes to the Policy
• EduNerdz reserves the right to update this cancellation policy. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
