1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform and Content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Edunerdz disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through our customer service department.
